Fees & payment

Fees from April 2021 are £15.75 per 3 hour session, i.e. £5.25 per hour.

Cheques should be made payable to “Clanfield Nursery School”.

Fees may be paid directly in to our bank account if that is your preferred payment option.

Details will be given on request.

Please note:

Fees are still due if your child is absent for any reason and apply from the time your child is eligible to take up their place (unless prior arrangements have been agreed).

Six weeks’ notice is required of any changes to the number of sessions your child is attending or if your child is leaving pre-school.

We are able to make concessions to families who have more than 1 child attending together at any one time.

We operate a family-friendly policy and are happy to discuss a payment plan to help with the cost of fees with anyone who may have difficulties.

Of course, we understand that all children are individual and are always happy to discuss individual admission arrangements with parents.

County Council Funding/The Early Education Grant

2 Year Old Early Years Education

We are registered with Hampshire County Council to provide the above if certain criteria are met. Please speak to either of us if you feel you may be eligible, or you can –

3 and 4 years old Early Years Education

All children are entitled to free, part-time nursery education from the term AFTER their third birthday (EYE scheme).  Children are funded up to a total of 15 hours per week, at 1 or 2 approved providers, for a maximum of 570 hours in each birthday year.  This does involve some form filling on your part but full details will be given to you at the appropriate time.

Children can stay all day or attend for the lunch period – either after the morning session or before the afternoon session.

If your child attends all day, lunchtime is part of the 15 hours entitlement.   For hours in excess of this, the rate charged will be £5.00 per hour.

Hours that a child attends can be increased on request, availability allowing.
